Last fall we had a severe storm that overfilled our pool to the extent that it flooded our adjoining sunroom. A massive amount of debris served to clog the pool drains and that kept the sunroom under water for close to a full 24 hours. The ended up nearly totally destroying the structure of the sunroom and it's outdoor carpet floor. The sunroom has now been rebuilt and all that remains is the barren floor. I should note that steps have been taken to ensure absolutely no future flooding will occur.
